The Moncler Enfant Girls Grenoble New Guyane Down Jacket in Ivory is a technical ski jacket, purpose-built for skiing and snowboarding rather than general winter wear. It's part of our Grenoble performance line, sitting within our girls' designer skiwear and sportswear collections, making it a genuine choice for parents after luxury kids' ski jackets rather than just a stylish puffer.
It's made in Romania from a 2L four-way stretch technical nylon base fabric, with performance hardfleece underarms and sides, and down and feather padding. It's finished with a detachable hood with a detachable synthetic fabric trim, water-repellent look zip closures on the body and pockets, an inner pocket with hook-and-loop closure, a dedicated ski pass pocket, an elastic back waistband, an elastic powder skirt with non-slip silicone, stretch jersey wrist gaiters, and a label for writing your child's name.
Buying advice: comfort, care and styling
The four-way stretch fabric and hardfleece underarm panels are designed to move with a child through ski turns and lift queues, rather than restricting movement like a standard puffer. The elastic powder skirt with non-slip silicone helps stop snow getting in at the waist during falls, which matters more for first-time skiers still finding their balance. The wrist gaiters and dedicated ski pass pocket are practical touches aimed squarely at slope use rather than everyday wear. As with any technical ski wear, follow the specific care instructions on the label rather than treating it like a standard jacket, since incorrect washing can affect the fabric's performance.
