The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the Childsplay Clothing website.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 21, you may use the Childsplay website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Childsplay reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
Orders and Contract
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between us and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract, we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from Childsplay Clothing will be charged the day the goods are despatched.
Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over 1000 AED. Orders under 1000 AED will be charged at 65 AED for shipping per order..
Please allow extra days for delivery during UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Collection may be required where duties are payable.
Easy Local Returns
You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.
Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:
1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.
2. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with item/s you are returning (this is really important as we cannot action a credit/refund without it).
3. Follow the stages in the Portal to create your return label. You will need information from your return note to complete this.
4. AED25 will be deducted from your refund for using this service.
5. Attach the returns address label that you will print off with this tool to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.
6. Return your parcel using your preferred method.
7. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation you have been credited. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store. You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Childsplay. All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
Customs Fees For Non EU Countries
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
The taking of payment from you by us under any of the means set out above does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and us. By placing a telephone order or by completing and submitting the electronic order form including your payment details you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected by us.

We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Lines open 7 days a week 8am-6pm UK time. Telephone calls to and from us will be recorded and monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers. We may also contact you for market research purposes
The Childsplay Clothing website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Childsplay Clothing under an exclusive licence from Childsplay Clothing. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Childsplay Clothing.
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 21 or over and a UAE resident. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Next Retail Limited trading as Childsplay Clothing. Our registered office is Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language
